e.g.: Sani2C, Argus, Cape Epic, Ironman etc.
Usually held during the week in the evening from approx. 6 pm to 10 pm at the BMC premises, however can arrange to have the course at your premises.
Course content depends on level of experience, age and group specific requirements.
Costs dependent on number of attendees.
